Upon verification, we will gladly exchange the defective product for a new one. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and sending the replacement.

    Every toothbrush undergoes a thorough inspection before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

  • No Refunds:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for used or opened toothbrushes. Please ensure you are ordering the correct product before completing your purchase.
